As filmmakers, we know how important your gear is to you and that investing in new equipment is a big decision. We offer a 3-year warranty to give you peace of mind when making such a decision.
This means you can focus on creating your film rather than worrying about the little things.
Our warranty protects your items against manufacturing defects for a lengthy 3-years, excluding batteries which include a free 1-year warranty. This refers to a problem that becomes part of the product when it is made. This is normally associated with a manufacturer not putting the item together properly. An example of this could be, a monitor that stopped working 1-year from purchase because of a solder coming lose.
Each order is automatically given a 1-year warranty. In order to extend this to 3-years, you will need to send back the warranty card you receive with your order. This warranty card MUST be filled out and sent back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your items. We recommend you send your warranty card back via a tracked delivery service to ensure this is not lost in transit. If your warranty card is not returned to us within this time frame your items will only be covered for 1 year. If you do not receive a warranty card with your order, you must get in contact within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.
If your item has broken or is unusable due to a manufacturing defect, let us know, send us some photos/videos and our technicians will get this checked. Sometimes we require the item to be inspected. In this case, we would send you a postage label to return the item to us. If the technicians agree this is a manufacturer fault, we will ship you out a replacement part to you. Simple!
This depends on the item being repaired. We deal with all warranty cases with urgency and ensure products are processed and repaired at the fastest rate.
Some brands (e.g. DJI) require us to send the item back to their authorised repair centre. This means there can be longer delays, especially during busy periods. We do not have control over repair times when an item is sent externally, but ensure we do everything to minimise customer waiting times. Please note that while your item is in repair, or waiting to be replaced, we will not supply you with a replacement during this period.
