When do the 14 days start?

We give you 14 calendar days to decide if you want to return item/s from the moment it's marked as arrived via the tracking. Let us know you would like to return an item within the 14 day period, please ensure the item/s arrive back to us within 20 days of your order being delivered. Item/s arriving to us after this date will not be accepted as a return and will be returned to you.

Can I exchange/get a full refund?

If the item is either unopened or unused then, of course, you can exchange it for another item/s or receive a full refund. In order to qualify for a full refund or exchange, the item/s must have ALL original and undamaged manufacturer packaging and documentation and be insured.

If you have used the item/s and would like to return it within 14 calendar days of delivery then this is also possible. However, if you have used the item/s and/or it is not in its brand new condition (marks on the item/s, signs of use) then we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a re-stocking fee depending on its returned condition.

Who pays the return shipping fees?

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty). GripUp is not responsible for lost or damaged packages when returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service via Parcel2go for the best prices.

We are always sorry to hear if a customer has a broken item on delivery. If this happens, please start the returns process here and we will get this sorted ASAP.
