Typically items take 2-5 working days to be delivered if you are within the UK. If you are an international buyer, it normally depends on your location. Most of the EU takes 3-10 working days to deliver and the Rest of the world is generally 5-15 working days.
Yes you will be required to sign for your delivery. If you are not in, the courier should leave a card giving you an option to decide what to do next. Unless stated otherwise the courier should attempt to redeliver the item next working day.
The moment your item is shipped, we automatically send you a tracking number and a link to track your order. If you have not received your tracking number after 3 days, just drop us an email and we will be happy to sort that out for you.
All our items are insured in transit to ensure you get your item safely.
This normally depends on the item you are looking at. Since we sell a wide range of filmmaking products on our website, we do not stock all items in our London Showroom. Please call us on 020 7700 6779 to confirm we have the item in our local stock and to arrange collection. Please note that on some items we will require payment before collection.
We try to ship to all the countries we can, no matter where you are in the world. However as per your local import office rules, if you live in these countries you must provide your TAX ID number in order for us to be able to ship the goods. Also it should be noted that Import fees are NOT included in the final sales price. Import fees are Buyer's responsibility as we cannot predict the amount of import fees you will be required to pay.
We accept credit/debit card directly on our secured SSL encrypted website and we also offer the ability to process the payment through Paypal.
Of course. All you have to do is enter your valid VAT number at the checkout and this will be automatically applied to your order. If you are a UK VAT registered company our system will confirm this and provide a VAT invoice or if your are based within the rest of the EU and you're VAT registered, the VAT will be removed from your order automatically.
This is very rare to happen and only can happen if you are purchasing from outside the UK and is down to the following. Either you do not have the currency GBP in your Paypal account and therefore is due to the exchange rate for EUR to GBP and in the process Paypal take a fee. Or, because the price in EUR changes constantly according to the most updated currency rate of the GBP, the price can slightly fluctuate depending on when you purchase the item.
Here at CameraKings, we always like to provide the lowest possible price on all our products. We also supply 3-year warranty

. On top of that, we offer 5% Student Discount

We get asked this question a lot and the simple answer is it depends. 99.9% of DSLR's (Canon 5d mk II/III, 7d, Sony A7S/A7R, Panasonic Gh5 etc) have what you call 1/4"-20 (quarter inch twenty) thread on the bottom, while other larger cameras (like RED Scarlet's, Arri Alexa's, C100/C300 - which have both) have 3/8"-16 (three eights sixteen).
But what does this mean? It means that rigs, tripods, jibs, sliders etc, with 1/4-20 will fit DSLR's and those with 3/8-16 will fit the larger cameras or just require some form of adapter. There are obviously other factors that come into it, like if there is a camera specific cage, or if your trying to put a large camera on a plastic rig, but in terms of fittings, if your camera has a 1/4"-20 thread on the bottom (which again is the standard for Canon and Nikon DSLR's, BlackMagic Cameras, Camcorders etc) then it will fit onto a rig/tripod etc of the same fitting.
Depending on the product, you may be able to see it within the showroom in London and you are welcome to come by and see all the products we stock. Please call us before arriving to arrange a time comfortable for both sides, we have many visitors and aim to provide full attention to anyone to help you make the best choice.
We sell thousands of items on our website and sometimes its hard to keep up with the ever changing world of technology. Yes we do! Please visit our rentals website (Rental.camerakings.co.uk

In the very rare case that this could happen, we would ask you to please send us a photo that shows all the parts that you've received and inform us of what you are missing within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We would need it in order to send it to the manufacturer and question why this is missing/get you the replacement parts. Should this happen to you we ask you to get in contact with us ASAP so we can sort the problem.
Here at CameraKings we always try to look after our customers and one reason why we have so much repeat business is because we are always willing to help. Often if we sell an item, we will be able to get a replacement part for you, its that simple. We work very close with our suppliers and as filmmakers we know how annoying it is when something small gets lost/left on set. So if you have lost something and are looking for a replacement, drop us an email and we will see what we can do!
